The Ministry of Health in Kuwait has developed an official app that offers a range of e-health services for both citizens and residents. This online portal provides convenient access to various healthcare facilities.

• Sick Leaves online: Patients can easily view and download their Sick Leaves that have been issued within the past year. Additionally, doctors working in the public sector have the ability to issue and approve Sick Leaves. To ensure authenticity, each document is equipped with a QR code that can be scanned.
• Medical Reports: Patients can conveniently check the status of their Medical Report, pay any associated fees, and view the report itself. Doctors are able to create, review, and approve these reports as well. Just like Sick Leaves, Medical Reports come with a QR code for verification purposes.

In addition to these essential services, the app offers the following e-services:

• Nearby hospital and clinic search: Users have the ability to search for hospitals and clinics located close to their current location.
• Clinical appointments: This feature enables users to schedule appointments at Primary Care dental clinics, as well as referral appointments for specialized clinics such as Diabetes and Maternity, along with Hospitals.
• Public Health Department appointments: Appointments related to services offered by Public Health Departments, including Food handler Examinations, Premarital Screening, and Expatriate Health Management.
• Treatment Abroad Department appointments: This feature allows users to schedule appointments related to the Treatment Abroad Department.
• Online Health Insurance registration: Residents can conveniently register for health insurance online through this platform.

Keep in mind that this app is constantly evolving, with plans to introduce more e-services for Clinical, Hospital, and Administrative Management in the future.
